[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As much as I love aluminum free, sometimes with Hashimoto's, something stronger is needed 🫣 I absolutely love Secret's Clinical strength and I remember using this growing up through puberty and marching band and definitely needing it! It's long lasting and smells great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant kept me dry on the hottest end of summer days we had. It was really smooth when applying, which felt nice. Besides keeping my armpits dry, it did not leave any yellow stains on my clothes, and I did not notice any white marks on darker clothes either. It does use a different type of aluminum as the active ingredient than regular A antiperspirant. I usually try to use more natural products, but when looking for a product to stop sweating, that isn't going to happen. I'm happy with the results and plan to continue to use this antiperspirant, especially on hot days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] received this secret clinical strength anti perpirant from pinch me to try , very important to note it needs to be applied at night for it to way as intended , after using for a while I did notice it keeps me dry and smelling fresh longer than my regular deodorant. I usually do a lot of walking and would find myself sweating through my clothes on the armpit area but this one keeps me dry even during hot weather days .

The clinical strength is the best for someone who sweats a lot naturally and feels like they don't stay smelling fresh. However, I had to stop using it because it caused really bad burning on my arm pits. It made my arm pits feel like I had razor burn or something. I also got a couple rash bumps from it as well. I'm not sure if it's just not agreeing with my skin or if everyone had this experience. Though it does do what it's supposed to I can't recommend it. It overall is fine but I do find when I shower you are left with a heavy residue trying to get it off. I'm also not crazy about the smell. This one would be a pass for me I can live without it and don't see it being beneficial for me personally.

I tried it several times over, and only about 20-30% of the time did it stop perspiration. I do enjoy the smell and that it's the same amount of product as the pH balanced antiperspirant, but the active ingredient is only 2% more than that of the pH formula. I would say, just go with the standard one, but the packaging of this product does make it stand out a bit more.
