I do alternate between using it and using regular secret deodorant in the winter months because I don't need the strength ton the winter months. It works great and lasts for the full 24 hours and is the best deodorant on the market in terms of effectiveness.

Even though the scent isn't my thing, its preformance makes up for it. I apply it in the morning and stay fresh throughout a full day of uni, errands, and even a quick workout. I don't wear deodorant for more than maybe 12 hours and I don't typically need it but I'd say it did well for me for my occasional use.
