It's helped me a lot and it's a nice basic smell, so I can add on my fragrances without my deodorant scent mixing. I've been trying to switch to something aluminum and paraben free but the only issue is that I typically just sweat it off. It smells really good, kind of perfumey with the subtle after scent of baby powder

The only thing I am not a fan of when it comes to solid deodorants are when they crumble under your armpits. This is one of those. Other than that great for what it is for.
