I usually don't think about the idea of clinical or anything in deodorants, but I have noticed the difference with this one. It has a light scent and no residue. It has been very long lasting on some hot days. I swiped it over my arm in that picture, and you can't see anything. It's a nice compact size for storage. I would definitely buy this.
