This is now my 2nd favorite hot sauce (next to Yellowbird's Sriracha). It's got a wonderful bright flavor and perfect amount of habanero heat. I put this on my scrambled eggs, burritos, and anything else that needs a kick.

Be careful... the Yellow Bird Habanero has a wonderful slightly sweet taste BUT.. go easy! .. a little goes a long way and if you go crazy this stuff will light you up! Great on Burgers
