I would not recommend the doorbell camera. We are getting ready to replace ours. It says it has a 30ft range, we've adjusted the settings and tested this out. It does not notify us of anything further out than 6-7ft. That is a huge disappointment. At our previous house we had a nest doorbell and loved that. We've reached out to customer service and they are near impossible to get ahold of and work with so I don't anticipate an answer to why we don't get notifications further out from the doorbell. We also have the thermostat and don't really have any complaints on that. It has disconnected a couple times to the point that we had to disconnect from the wall to get it to work again, but it has been a couple months since we've had that issue.
