Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.

The firm was a little too firm for me so medium I went! Coming from a mattress that I was fully in love with, but couldn't purchase again because of the type of bed I wanted I bought Stearns and Foster without even laying on it! Doesn't disappoint. It is so comfortable my pressure points are relieved. It's been very nice thus far, I recommend!

Once I ordered it, I was going crazy waiting for it to be delivered. I was doing a daily countdown! Now that it's here, it's everything we expected. So soft and supportive. The store warned me that it might be really tight and smell like plastic when it arrived. I did not experience either. I just to moan when I got out of bed in the morning, I never realized how bad my old mattress was. I have not had any ackey joints since I received the mattress. My only regret is I didn't purchase it years ago. Thanks for building such great quality products
