Still under warranty and will not help us replace our mattress that has a two and a half inch sagging on each side where we sleep worst mattress and worst experience I have ever had in my life trying to get help to get a replacement mattress because it's still under warranty. Will never recommend having a sterns and Foster again they are the worst!!!! Worst experience that I've ever had in my life trying to get help to replace the mattress that is under warranty!

Ok so it just arrived but it is so hard I can't imagine sleeping on it tonight. I ordered the reserve pillow top soft and actually called S&F because I thought maybe the wrong bed was delivered. Unfortunately it is the right bed and it is hard as a rock. I don't understand at all how this could be so hard and be described as pillow top soft. Customer service told me it will soften up. I'm so sorry I ordered this and right now have no doubt I'll be returning for a refund as soon as humanly possible.

For me this is an investment on my health. I decided to purchase a firm mattress to help with my back pain. Since I started sleeping on the S&F firm mattress my back pain has literally improved 98%, I am sleeping through the night and feel amazing. I also love the design, and most of the firmness with the softness with the fabric. Yes! the colors too. So far there is nothing I don't like about it. I am very happy for choosing Stearns and Foster as my life has changed!

I have terrible lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain. Used to wake up screaming in agony and getting up in the mornings was a nightmare. After one night on this bed I have no pain whatsoever, I get up in the morning bouncing and ready to go without a hint of pain. I look forward every night to getting in bed, the feel of this mattress is pure heaven. Excellent workmanship and quality.

Finally found a good mattress. I got the tight top medium. Although i admit i messed up and should got a pillow topper. But i love the support system. Luckily With mattress firm sleep trial i can switch it out after 30days. Still not sure if i should a get a plush or a firm pillow topper.

It is ultra plus and is 16 inches thick which requires deep pocket sheets which is no big deal at all. When someone else is in the bed, you can barely feel their movements. The high mattress made me giggle, but we love it. The material looks very well made, which we love. As for the actual sleep of the mattress, it's very comfortable. The first few nights of sleep, I woke up with zero pain, which was terrific. Now the top is slightly softer than I assumed when hearing firm. The sides dip down a bit more than I would like as well. And we think it may sleep a bit warmer than our old mattress. We love the mattress, though, and are thrilled to see how we keep liking it over the next few months. I plan to do a blog post within the next few months to express our thoughts! Along with social shares then.

After searching for years for a comfortable bed for the 2 of us this bed is hands down the best bed we have ever had we have had temperpedic bed and other name brand beds that don't even come close to the comfort level that this bed is I would highly recommend Sterns and foster beds to anybody I am finally excited to go to bed and wake up not hurting like I did in other beds So if you would like the best bed skip all the rest and go with the best I guarantee you will love it

Recently purchased this mattress and a large dip formed about the size of a watermelon only a month or so of sleeping in it. It was replaced by the same exact mattress and once again the dip is back. Don't think we'll be keeping this mattress and get our money back.
