By far the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I ordered a Lux Estate PT Firm, based upon other reviews and the Stearns & Foster telephone sales reps recommendation. Everyone was saying that "even though it's designated "Firm-It's more like a medium". Well that couldn't be further from the truth. It is as hard as a rock. I've been trying to initiate a return/exchange for almost a month, and have gotten nothing but grief. The returns dept tells you one thing, the sales dept tells you another. I've after dozens of calls, and at least 12 hrs total spent communicating with reps from both departments. I still have not gotten any resolution. Meanwhile, my back is broken from sleeping on this slab of rock they call a bed. I couldn't be more miserable. NEVER AGAIN! Next step will be to call Wells Fargo and dispute the transaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 20yr old pillow top that we could flip and were very hesitant to jump into the new mattress market. Very worried about too much foam and heat. We did a lot of investigating and felt that Stearns & Foster had a product we could embrace. It has only been a week but the change over has been very flawless. We are both very comfortable and can tell the quality of the mattress is high end. Hopeful we will continue to be happy for many years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress feels like I'm sleeping on a cloud. Once my head hits the pillow and I'm snuggled in bed, I fall asleep asap. After replacing older mattress, my sleep quality has improved as well as aided in my back pain ,stiff joints and sore muscles. Very happy with purchase and fast delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to mattresses we know we NEED support but we CRAVE cloud comfort. This mattress is the best of both worlds!! Support and guilt-free indulgence in one product, who says you can't have your cake and eat it too! See you (with a smile) in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing mattress. Thought the Soft Pillow Top would be too soft, but No. From the very first night, we have slept extremely comfortable and restful throughout the night, unlike our old mattress. We are so very satisfied with our purchase. With the many choices Sterns & Foster offers you can't go wrong. I thank S&F for a great nights sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Stearns and Foster mattress and we are not disappointed! We have nicknamed the mattress "Cloud Bed". It is very supportive and comfortable. This is our favorite mattress. We are 70 & it supports our back, hips, and knees very well & comfortably.

Pillow Top Very Good For Pressure Point Relief While Mattress Below Provides Very Good Support. When I First Lie Down To Go To Sleep Every Night, I Can Feel The High Level Of Quality And Craftsmanship In This Mattress. Very Happy. Now I Actually Look Forward Going To Bed Every Night With This Mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Estate lux medium pillow top was purchased because my lar magread was temperpedic and it was too soft. The quality is great on this mattress but the medium feels very firm I am hoping it breakers in before the 90 day trial is over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old mattress was only 2 years old but was completely worn out. The first night we slept on the new Stearns and Foster mattress I slept all night long for the first time in a long time! My husband loves a firm mattress and I like a softer feel. The pillow top on the firm mattress is the perfect solution!! Thank you!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife had been complaining about back issues for the past year after our Denver Mattress foam bed had worn down after only 5 years. We tested this bed out in a retail store and my wife said that this was the one. I love how S&F doesn't make the item until you order it, and it hasn't been sitting in some warehouse for a year. My wife thinks it's a little more firm than the one we tried at the store, but she has zero back pain, sleeps completely through the night, and loves this mattress. Me, I could sleep on a rock & be just fine, but even I have to admit, this thing feels pretty stinkin awesome. It's definitely better than the foam one and holds up nicely with activity like folding it up for watching TV. Yeah, it was expensive, but I now have a very happy wife so it's a bargain.
