I used to wake up with shoulder and neck pain, but I feel this bed properly supports me when sleeping and I no longer experience any aches after sleeping. The only thing negative I can say about the mattress is that you don't want to get off of it in the morning.

Its a typical foam and not even a mattress to begin with. Given the opportunity to experience the product is an achievement unlocked. The quality and satisfaction it gives me when I wake up in the morning equates the value of it. It is an investment and worth the price I paid for. This is sort of like the goldilocks bed, it is at both times soft yet somewhat firm (so you don't sink into it like jello) but doesn't feel like you are laying on a brick that has no give. If you like medium, but are more on the plus side, get this one for sure. It does conform a bit over time as you sleep on it but in a nice way not where it feels like you sink into it, but rather molded to you and comfortable. And it never feels like you are sagging. just a few months in but love it so far. Highly recommend.

I am falling asleep faster and waking up less frequently in the night. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed.
