WE bought the mattress December of 2022. I absolutely loved it, slept like a baby. Now in May 2023 I'm waking up to back pain again and this is why we bought a new bed. I feel like the mattress is softer than medium. We went with a Stearns and Foster because of their ratings and reveiws.

This is a replacement mattress, and it has the same problem as the previous one. it sinks where we lie. I weigh 175 and my wife 142 so that should not be an issue. We have requested another replacement but the requirements from Ashley furniture exceed our physical abilities ages 84 and 80) such as photographing the label and 360-degree photos of the matress. We had a Sterns and Foster double pillow top for years with no problem This matrass is substandard and not as good as a $500 matress that it replaced. So sorry we did it, we are just stuck with it since we have no clear path to fix the problem.

I love my lux estate so much I'm a fan on the sterns and tempur family but to me sterns was the better choice it had everything I was looking for edge support great coil System and great comfort layers I know that will last me many years! I treated my self To it while I was working at mattress firm I sold So many sterns and fosters my customers would come back to me so happy saying it help with they back and rest I knew I had to get one for me and my husband we sleep so well ! The only con for me is the mattress is pretty heavy but it does have the best quality materials so I deal with it with care and love it can't wait to add adjustable base

This bed has not only surpassed my expectations but also made a life customer out of me. The quality of this bed matches its comfort. It did feel different to me at first given the fact that I used to own a foam mattress prior to this one. But after the first night I was sleeping like a baby. I have a bad back and it was the perfect with me getting a good night's sleep, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that is a little smaller than our last queen but not only do I sleep very good on it, my back does not hurt when I wake up.

My husband likes his mattress on the softer side and I'm the opposite liking my mattress firmer--this was the healthy middle to both enjoy a good night's rest. The only thing that was different than I expected was the height of the mattress. It's not a deal breaker, but if you are purchasing the mattress online without seeing it in person, be sure it fits your headboard adequately. I'm redecorating our guest room and I think our future guests will also enjoy sleeping on this mattress

Purchased a very expensive estate mattress for second home in Florida. Only have slept on the mattress less than a month! The mattress is defective. Mattress sinks in when lying on it. I am a very petite woman who is older. STEARS & foster will not stand behind their products if you are out of their said warranty period NO EXCEPTIONS! THEIR COMMERCIALS ARE LIES. I can honestly say, both my husband and myself are sleeping much better. We have had this mattress for a week now, and I waited until now to write the review because I wanted to give the mattress a fair and honest review. We have purchased several foam mattresses over the last 15 years, so it has been a while since we've slept on a mattress with springs. We have been talking about upgrading our mattress again, due to our mattress sinking and not allowing a full nights rest for either of us. When I was contacted to product test a Stearns and Foster mattress we jumped at the opportunity. I was going into this trial a little nervous about it being a firm pillow top, as usual I like softer mattress. However I have to admit, I am very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and supportive this mattress is. My husband is thrilled that he no longer wakes up several times due to me changing positions. We both have noticed our sleep quality and morning pain has greatly improved. Although I do think I would enjoy the feel of a medium to soft pillow top, and my husband would prefer a little more cooling, we both agree this is the best mattress we had had in quite some time. One thing that really surprised us both is how high this mattress is. It definitely sits a lot higher on our bed than any of our old mattresses. I kind of have to hop into bed, but I'm a people mc nugget, so I'm used to things being to high for me.
