Diagnosed, treated, and chronic.We have used our LuxEstate Pillow Top Firm for 28 days so far.I'm not going to tell you are backs are cured. They never will be. BUT from day one we noticed a difference that only got better as days went by. No other lifestyle changes period. The MOST AMAZING SLEEP SURFACE we have EVER slept on. And we have gone through at least four different mattress "systems" in the past 30+ years. I laid on it on my back the day it was delivered while the sheet set we got as a bonus was being laundered. My back used to crack every morning; it no longer does with this mattress. I was deciding between the medium and the firm and went with the firm. It seems a bit hard at first, but getting used to it, and having good sleep with it. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called Stearns & Foster for help to find out which current model of mattress equated to my 10-year-old S&F mattress -- I wanted to buy a new mattress that is as supremely comfortable as the one I had been sleeping on (Stearns & Foster 'Tuscan Summer') since July 2014. Sydney in the Kentucky office was the best customer service person I have spoken to in many, many years -- she had all the answers, some to questions I didn't know to ask. She offered all the current promotional prices available, explained all the delivery procedures, and ordered the Estate mattress for me during our call. I could hardly believe how easy it was.

I love the feeling of being level from head to toe. I think my nighttime sleeping has improved my daytime posture. The firm pillow top gives me just enough cushiness to feel pampered by my mattress. I shouldn't have waited so long to get a new one.

Great Night Sleep since first night..---Should last a long time. My last purchase lasted over 20 years. My wife's back pain has improved since using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was fast and easy. The mattress was better than expected, especially in terms of the outer materials. We had tried to use a Saatva firm memory foam bed previously, but it started to get too soft after only a few months. The springs in this bed make it feel much sturdier. Time will tell, but I am guessing it will last much longer. Going back to a spring mattress, I was most worried about motion transfer, but it hasn't been too bad.

That was a big mistake! That bed was only comfortable for less than a year. We just replaced it with a new Stearns and Foster and couldn't be happier. We are sleeping much better, have less hip and back aches through the night, and we know this mattress will last much longer than the memory foam one we had.

We purchased a Split King Estate mattress and have experienced almost perfect sleep each and every night. It's really great to wake up in the morning without aches or pains that we have experienced with other mattresses in the past. The level of firm support is truly exceptional.
