The product came without a scratch and perfectly boxed. It was an excellent value. Being a member of Sam's is well worth the member fee.

The reel seems sturdy (new purchase) and rolls a long, heavy hose easily. It definitely needs brakes of some sort as it rolls easily.

I've had it for 2 months & its been great. The hose I have on it came from Sam's Club too. It rolls up smoothly, moves around easily & I like the large wheels on it. Looking around before purchasing, it was the least inexpensive one I found.

Sturdy hose reel. Out of stock in all the Sams Club near me and found it in a club on vacation. Nothing this sturdy available at home improvement stores. Easy assembly.

Good product. I think it's a little big but that's not really an issue. I like how easy it is to shift it in the yard without pulling. I can easily reach those tough spots. I use the little basket to hold a small plant.

Very nice hose cart. Easily put together. My only complaint is the handle has rusted a little and the foam on the handle had already torn and is slowly desentagrading away.

I have purchased many of these hose reels at Sam's. They are great quality & price is cheaper than any other stores. Definitely worth the purchase. I also bought hoses from Sam's to use with these reels.

Very well made. I like the finish on it. Wheels are a good size and moves across the yard very nicely. It is designed so you can roll up the hose and not have to disconnect from the hose bib.

Great Product easy to assemble, easy to move and good quality, I use this one with 100ft hose but is designed for 200ft hose probably more if is distributed in the right way.

My husband has said this is the best hose pipe carrier that we have ever bought. The large wheels make it so easy to move around. Every time he uses it, he comments on this purchase.
