Solid cart. Be sure to line up with the hose before you reel lengths over 50'. Otherwise you may damage the cart. If it feels hard to reel you need to straighten your hose .

We purchased the hose reel listed at $57.40 so we purchased 4 of them. We were charged $99.99 for each and ask for a refund but Sams Club said they were on sale at that price but it didn't say it was on sale or a sale ending date so we ask for a refund of the difference but they have not done anything about it after we contacted customer service and talked to management and they haven't responded back as of yet. We even showed them the picture that was listed on there online site showing the price of $57.40. But they still won't do anything about it. The check out even showed it any $57.40.

Easy to assenever go flat. mble. It is just slightly smaller than my old one bought years ago there. That is why I gave it only 4 stars. I appreciate that the tires are never go flat. It winds the hose up easily.

Very easy to assemble; works as advertised. Our previous cart had pneumatic tires, which were always going flat and were a pain to fix. Solid wheels on this cart are a big plus.

Slightly pleased and slightly disappointed. It looks a lot heavier than it is the Tires are not inflatable they're made of plastic when winding a heavy duty hose. The whole unit wants to shift around. I have to put a foot on one of the crossbars at the bottom to hold it steady while I reel in the hose. The hose attachment is on the outside of the reel which is a really nice feature. I like that a lot. I've had other hose holders in the hose attachment was on the inside of the real and you couldn't tell if it had a leak or not unless you took the whole thing out if it was leaking. it does hold 150 feet of hose. Overall, it's the best hose holder that I found easy to maneuver hold a lot of hoes my only complaint is it could be a little heavier.

Thought this was identical to my previous cart, but once assembled, it was smaller and lighter. Consequently, its a wrestling match to reel in 200 ft of hose. By comparison, the older, larger one was easy to use. Expect this one would be good with less hose.

The new design is lower than the original cart which is harder on my back. (Reason for only 3 stars). There is only a small basket up by the handle, the original had a large basket under the hose reel (this change really doesn't make a difference to me). It was easy to put together and other than being lower it works well.

Nice hose reel, just wish there were a lock for the reel, free wheeling makes a jumbled mess of the hose.

Purchased 3 of these but one of them is missing the hose that connects to this hose cart to the hose bib but overall this item is good. Customer service doesn't respond to send me the missing part

I am unable to assemble the Hose Reel due to damage while in the box. The reel has several dents, which I overlooked continuing to assemble the unit. Unfortunately, at the point the handle is placed onto the Hose Reel cart the assembly proved impossible. The handle was also part of the damaged pieces. The poles that are supposed to match and slide/lock onto the cart are bent more than 2" (inches) outside of the cart receiving poles. I followed the very simple document inside the box to contact the phone number if parts missing or damage. The only option provided when calling the number is to send an email, which I did. From this email, I received a response to send an email to a different address....which I did. This is the current status. I have an unusable "new" hose reel cart.
