These are the best. I received one in a greeting card from my friend a crafter over a year ago. They are individually wrapped so it is awesome to put in a card for someone to try. You can stick one in your purse for when you are out shopping. The cool thing about them is you make yourself a cup of tea or hot chocolate and you set the cookie on top. Then the heat from the tea will melt the inside of the cookie which is caramel. It is very good that way. They do come in chocolate also, but Sam’s did not have chocolate ones. Hopefully they will get some in the store. You get 30 - 1.16 oz. Pieces. Try them you will love them. I sent some to my friend for Christmas last year and she loved them . She had never heard of them.

My grandma was Dutch and I grew up eating real stroopwafels imported from Holland. These don't even come close to the real thing. They have flavorless, clear glucose syrup in the middle when they should have STROOP, a dark, thick Dutch carmel sauce to glue the waffles together. The texture of the cookies is all wrong, too. These were an industrial-sized $10 disappointment.

I love stroop waffles. I often buy the traditional ones. They are overpriced though. Especially since there is only a few per box. I will buy members mark stroopwaffles again. But, I really wish the carmel was more like the picture on the box, thin and salty sweet.Instead it's light colored chewy and it doesn't have a carmel flavor to me. The waffle is also a little dry/ crumbly. It's still delicious and I will have no problem demolishing this entire box. I love that they are individually wrapped and the price cannot be beat. But, it is not as good as the more expensive original stroopwaffles. I will buy them again. I just wish they had a better carmel filling and better waffle shell.
