PRODUCT REPS. ARE SAYING ONLY FOR LAUNDRY!!!

DUUUUHHHHHH!!!!! Did you read the first 11 reviews? The product representatives are writing back that this is a "IN THE LAUNDRY ONLY PRODUCT". I SEE HERE CLEARLY THAT THE SIDE OF THE BOX SAYS DIFFERENTLY. THE BOX SAYS 101 WAYS TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS WHAT I INTENDED; TO USE THE VERSITILITY OF THIS PRODUCT.

good general cleaner

I just used this to clean my greasy range fan/hood screens. I put the screens flat in my laundry tray, moistened them with water, sprinkled them well with OxiClean, then rinsed and used a toothbrush if needed. I rinsed them several times. I wore eye protection and large gloves since I was using it full-strength. It made them like new and my fan runs freer now.

Baby food stains? Nope

Everyone always says “use oxy clean!” So I tried it. Verdict is, it works great on everything except for baby food. I feel like I’ve tried everything under the sun, and nothing works. Not even oxy clean. I even let clothes soak for days in it, and the stains still remained. What do people use to get out baby food stains??

Firm believer in this product

I've given up bleach for all my laundry needs as it just ate up the elastic on my husbands shorts and socks (he wears crew socks). I now just turn the wash machine to fill the tank with the hottest water I can get, dissolve a scope of Oxi Clean, wait for some more water to be added to the machine and then add whatever I would have bleached. Once the machine starts to wash, I just shot it off and soak everything for at least an hour. Once my time is up, I do a spin only cycle and then a regular wash. Everything comes out very clean including my husbands socks which because we own a small ranch, are always very dirty. His socks and undershorts now last so much longer. My white towels (I use white almost exclusively) are so very white, they always look like the did when I bought them. Can't go wrong with this product!

Useless

Our local Sam's was out of Shout so instead of paying shipping I thought I'd try this and hopefully eliminate having to spray and soak my fiance's work shirts but this literally does nothing with an entire scoop full added into the washer. Not only is every stain still there, his shirts truly don't even look like they've been washed. This stuff is worthless and now I have a huge container of it.

I wish they can get the Unscented

We use Oxi all the time & like how it boosts the cleaning process, we love the large size, but I just wish they sold the Unscented one. The scent can be strong, we don't like chemical fragrances, & we would rather smell the natural scents from our other cleaners w/out Oxi scent competing for it.

Cleans whites better than bleach.

I'd give this product 10 stars, but the price needs to decrease. This is the only product that makes my whites brighter. My new towels got ugly yellow stains after their first use. This product removed the yellow stains after one wash. Although, I feel this item is too expensive, I will purchase this again.

Whitens Cleaner Lightly Worn Clothing

I used four of these on a rewash that wasn’t used in between washes and this was deeply disappointing. The box states 252 loads. I would never advise you to waste time and use anything less than a full 252 box on a full washer. It’s just a waste of time, water and detergent. I used to be able to clean my laundry much more effectively and efficiently than the local cleaners. So long to those days. Please quality control. When these arrive in double sealed packaging and the benefits of using the entire box do not outweigh using any less of its contents, you are doing nothing but falsely advertising the use of your product. I would prefer that this company perform onsite demonstrations with tuna water or oil drenched cotton boxers. What alternative did we have? Wear and toss wasn’t one.

Melted a spot in my faux fur comforter

Definitely gets stains out, but watch out because the stuff foams up and gets hot. It hardens and gets stuck in fabric. Best to dissolve it before throwing it in the wash or using it to soak clothes. If you use it as a paste rub it in and rinse immediately.

Product Box Continues to Shrink but Not the Price!

It may say "new concentrated formula" but who are they kidding. There is a limit to how much ingredient you can compress into something smaller. This looks more like trying to convince us these smaller boxes are really worth this price. I'd give the box a one star but the product is good stuff so I'll average it out to a 3. May have to look at other products that are similar but maybe a little more transparent in their pricing.
