[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good tv for almost all factors, but the buttons on the remote are not well laid out. Sound quality is preset (just a few options) so I cannot increase treble so I can hear better.

This is my 3rd LG TV. Set-up most easy, any questions were promptly answered by knowledgeable support staff, even more features than I expected, and most important the usual clear, sharp and bright picture. A happy customer.

This television has great picture quality and features like a programmable timer that works well. The only thing that takes getting use to is the remote control, it's small and without a backlight and with a multitude of menu options it makes it hard to operate.

My first LG TV --32" -- picture is awesome -- remote controls for sound, etc are great -- but wish I could increase the font size on the channel guide so I could read it from more than two feet away -- and wish I could, or learn how to scroll through the guide for future shows...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for a bedroom. The price was great and we have loved our other LG products we have gotten over the years. The picture is amazing and the entertainment options are amazing. Love everything that is built into this TV. It's great for the location we put it in. I love that the home screen is able to be customized for weather and such. This is nice instead of having to go find it on a news station. We are set on LG and see more purchases in the future from LG. You won't be disappointed with this TV.

We purchased 2 LGs during Christmas. They replaced a bedroom and kitchen TV. Both have very good pictures. Much better than the TVs they replaced! Disappointed with sound however as well as any operating instructions. How hard could it be you say! Pretty hard for us seniors who are ditching our traditional cable service and going digital. I would buy these again!

So far I like the TV, the image quality and the features it offers. Going straight to Netflix for example and the LG channels are great. However we can't seem to find a sound setting which prevents the sounds but going all over the place while watching shows, from really loud music to too quiet dialogue. Also the icons on the remote are barely visible if there isn't a lot of light in the room.

It was hard to set up initially, the error messaging did not make much sense and needed tech support to understand what I needed to do, but once I got it all done, I am glad I bought this TV. The picture is great, the speakers not so much, but what TV has decent sound, have a soundbar so no matter. The connection to all my streaming apps and my wifi works really well, and now that I am more familiar with the functions, I am very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience though the cost is more, I have never, never been disappointed in an LG product. The engineering for simplicity and reliability has made each of my investments worth each penny spent.

Essentially for a TV, the picture quality is superb, featuring a great colour balance and depth, with strong blacks. The feature-set and connectivity were just what I was looking for. The internal speaker audio quality is reasonably good but I have opted to feed audio from a third-party DAC, via an optical cable, and onto a stereo amp, via RCA cable. I found most of the initial set-up quite quick but the later stages of set-up seemed a bit of a faff and slowed overall set-up to 25mins or so. some of the controls are reasonably intuitive. However, some are not and I do think an operator manual should have been included (one is available as a PDF download, on the LG website). Overal, though, I'm highly delighted with this TV and highly recommened it.
