[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just put it up in my daughters room. She very much likes the TV. We do not get terrestrial channels on it, but she uses all the inbuilt streaming services.

Great TV, fast response, very clear image quality. Good sound quality. Easy to set up and install App updates. Were Very happy with our choice.

So light and really easy to setup. Wonderful WebOS and really easy to use, navigate and really quite quick. Love that I can add apps I need generally. Really good picture too, super clarity. LG are awesome!

This is a perfect bedroom smart TV. It's only 32 inches, but is full HD with both Freeview Play and Freesat tuners. It has all the usual catchup apps plus acces to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and other streamers. I am very pleased with this TV and it was a bargain.

Only had this tv for two days but impressed by its picture quality and sound. We bought this tv because it has Freeview and Freesat installed. Only downside so far is the lack of operating instructions included with it, hence only four stars, we are finding out as we go. We found the LG chatbot excellent whilst setting up the tv, providing a quick and accurate response .

This is the first smart TV we have ever brought. We got a 32" which is plenty bigger enough for the size of our room. The picture quality is good and there is a good number of channels including catch up ones. The only down size for us was trying to set it up as there really is no manual quick guide to how to set it up. You only get a page showing how to put on the feet and where the plugs go. I had to spend a number of hours online watching video's of how to set it up and what all the buttons on the remote control do. You do also need to set up an LG Account.

The TV worked out of the box (as expected). It was replacing an older and faulty LG 32" that was not SMART. The picture and performance is good again as expected since this was the reason for buying LG anyway. The SMART system takes time to set up and as I was simply trying to make the TV work with a BT smart system, I only needed the TV to act as a screen really (I would explore the TV smart stuff later). I found this process and the potential for confusion was high as the screen displays a lot of clutter, options are not especially intuitive and I could not find how to do things that I had to find on line from others. OK for someone graduating from a just older system but not for a newcomer.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and do not care for the setup on the sleep timer. should be 1 button and address it instead of going thru so many steps to set it up.

It is 32ins tv that suits me for my bedroom, a lovely colorful sreen that receives all of the channels you could imagine a great tv alround i would recommend.

We had purchased what we thought was the same model last year for our sons room and was extreamly pleased with its quality and functionality, but this model although exactly the same to look at even down to the remote was a huge dissapointment. There is now 1 less HDMI port, no AV input and the system menu navigation is a complete nightmare. It was purchased for our bedroom so wanted to make use of the sleep timer function, but this is now buried deep in the menu system needing at least 7 button presses and numerous scrolling. The HDMI input is unabled to be labelled with device eg SKY minor detail but worked on previous model. LG have taken cost cutting to a new level. Contacted support who said they would get back to me regarding HDMI label but never did.
