Not as good as I hoped,  a little freezer burned.

The dough tasted raw and hard even after baked.

Pumpkin Empanadas

The dough is too tough and not flaky at all.  The filling is too sweet.  I absolutely love pumpkin empanadas and have had all sorts of variations.  I'm fortunate to have local bakeries make them fresh.  I was looking forward to these- hoping to cook them hot and fresh at home, but the crust was just way too tough, they didn't brown, and the filling oozed out of most of them while baking.

Not a fan....

These are great! They are like having an individual piece of pumpkin pie, except each one is fresh out of the oven. Serving size is listed as three but for me one was enough, therefore less calories and more economical. I highly recommend them. Wish they would be available year round.
