I got these Pumpkin Empanadas because I like to have a little bit of something sweet after I eat lunch. I cooked two of them in the toaster oven and they turned out beautifully. The outside was crispy and the inside was VERY HOT and had a delicious pumpkin pie kind of flavor. I only ate one because they are very filling, but my 14 year old son ate the other one and he really liked it, also.

At first, I was unsure of the product. I wasn't quite sure of whether a pumpkin empanada would be good or not. I was so surprised! My kids and I decided to make some in the air fryer as an after school snack. They were DELICIOUS! Even some of my non-pumpkin fans really enjoyed them. They are a tasty treat and a great alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie. Everyone should add them to their carts!

These are great! They are like having an individual piece of pumpkin pie, except each one is fresh out of the oven. Serving size is listed as three but for me one was enough, therefore less calories and more economical. I highly recommend them. Wish they would be available year round.

Fun new product , these were much better than I anticipated, they aren’t too sweet and they’re very crispy , I made them in the air fryer and they were perfect in less than 10 minutes , would highly recommend, and will definitely buy these in the future

I got this product about a week ago and used my air fryer to heat them up. The filling was really good and tasted like pumpkin pie. The crust was tasty too and just reminded me of tiny pies. I had a few of the empanadas that opened up so I just let them cool and we still ate them.

These pumpkin empanadas are better than I expected! There are two separate trays in the box with 10 empanadas on each. I baked them in the oven at 400 as directed and set the timer for the longest time (16 minutes), which turned out to be a little too long. The filling leaked out, but they were wonderfully crispy! Next time I will set the timer for 14 minutes. Let them cool a bit and served with Members Mark Whipped Cream. The filling was smooth and creamy with just the right amount of spice. So yummy, I’m craving them again! The small size was perfect to satisfy my after dinner dessert craving. Hope they continue making these!

These were quite yummy. My whole family enjoyed them and said they would definitely like to have them again. The crust is not like piecrust but is instead slightly chewy and crispy in spots. The filling is like pumpkin pie, not too sweet , just the right amount of sweetness. I cooked them in the oven and they came out perfectly.

I was super excited when I found out that empanadas were available at Sam's club. Picked up a box and couldn't wait to try them. I followed the baking instructions, but my little empanadas did spill out a bit. Great little dessert. Very tasty and crispy.

These were so yummy! I loved the simplicity and how quick they were to bake up vs a whole pumpkin pie, but you get the same great taste. The seasonings were all the perfect amount for me. I was disappointed that there was caramel color added. The corn syrup and soybean oil were not my favorite either. But for a quick every once in awhile treat, these were good.

My family just tried these and we were all surprised by the flavor. These are defiantly more of a savory treat then sweet. My youngest loved them so much he wanted to eat everyone's. My oldest liked them much better with ice cream or a cream cheese glaze I made to go with them. The outside was a nice texture and I enjoyed as I do not like pie crust. I just wish they would not leak out during the cooking process. Give them a try.
