I gave this a 2 star rating because the color is nothing like the picture online. The wood is not the bleached, light color that you see in the picture. It is instead, a medium golden brown. I did not bother assembling it, but it looked to be of fairly good quality. I ordered 2 of these so I opened the second box to see if it was any different, but it was the same color. For comparison, I also ordered the leather side chair (which I love). The chair has the bleached wood arms and in the pictures it looks to be the same color as the end table, but it is not. So if you are looking for a darker wood end table, this may work for you.

This is a great side table for any living room! It is the perfect size, just tall enough to where you can rest drinks comfortably, but it is a bit larger than your traditional side table, giving you plenty of room to place lamps and other decorations. The plain wood looks great and has a bit of a modern look to it that is pleasing to the eye.

The Charlotte end table is the perfect classic table to go in any living room. I love that is has the open shelf at the bottom to hold all those books and magazines. It's a light neutral brown which allows it to work well with all types of aesthetics. It's a fairly low table but the right height to allow of lamp space.
