I was on the phone for 3 hours (2pm - 5pm) with 3 wonderful ladies at the main center (I think it was AR) who worked with me to get a shipment to my house. I will give you one example of Sam's terrible service. I ordered 4 bags of berries and a bag of walnuts which came to about $55. Sam's was going to send the berries to my MI house, where I am. They were sending the walnuts to my FL house, where I am not and charge me another $8. The ladies were wonderful and we finally got it straightened out, so I got both things the next morning with no charge.

Make the process easier!

Good stuff! I use this in my greek yogurt every single morning.  Highly nutritious, low calorie and tasty.    I thaw just enough for each week and keep in the fridge.  The big bag gets tossed back in the freezer until next week.  I always have a bag on hand.
