I purchased this last week, it's great, i use it to make my Fage 5% yogurt a Keto friendly yogurt but adding 50 to 70 grams of berries to a half cup for a perfect Keto breakfast but, the current nutrition stats are a little different on the package I purchased 2 weeks ago. up. The new stats say 140 gr is 3/4 of a cup and 90 cal, 19 carbs with 7 fiber. When keep carbs under 20 a day accuracy matters. Updated photo needed.

Great mix

I didn't think I would like frozen fruit. But considering how expensive berries are, and how short of a time they are available, I decided to give these a try. The price is very good. Wow! They're delicious. Sweet, fresh and very fragrant. I agree with the other reviewer about the seeds. The raspberries are really seedy and tart. I think the blend would be a little better if they increased the blackberries and decreased the raspberries somewhat.

This was my first purchase of this item. I was impressed with the quality, taste and look. So just as I was close to finishing up this bag, I attempted to purchase the item again. Of course, it was out of stock. I purposely bought the Oikos triple zero greek yogurt to use with this fruit, and it was delicious. I can't stand the taste of that yogurt without it. So I had to settle for the bag of all blueberry. Well, now that's finished and the triple berry is STILL not back in stock. I guess its not something I can count on? I may just have to buy a freezer so I can fill it with the triple berry when it finally is restocked.
