I'm a few weeks in to trying out this mattress, and I'm honestly just mad at myself for not ordering it sooner, it's incredible. The boxspring/foundation was also incredibly easy to set up and only takes about 15-20 min if you use a power drill! Highly recommend both the mattress and boxspring foundation!

The foundation works well, but the instructions could be clearer. There's a QR code on the box that should direct to an instruction video, but the link was broken. The print instructions that come with it are ok, but aren't clear enough and I wound up having to re-do some parts because I added them the wrong way.

The product was received as the photos show. As we needed a bed right away as we were moving in to a new house we were forced to purchase a similar product locally. I asked for a refund and was told that you don't refund this product. I have a dispute in progress with my credit card company and they have refunded me the amount of this charge. I need to know what I should do with the damaged one we received as it is taking up space in our garage. In all honesty some of the wood was quite good while the part you see in the photos was made of very poor material. It was also full of slivers. Please advise me as what to do with this foundation. I'm 80 years old and it is quite hard for me to me to move it.

I bought this frame for my lower back pain. I had one of those hollow box frames that really isn't worth the time or money! My back pain has eased but not fully free of pain. I didn't feel like I slept in a boat either. I am pleased with the Ghostbed frame & I recommend this proact.

The GhostBed frame fit perfectly down inside the rails of our existing bed. It was easy to assemble with the help of my 6 year old Grandson. Our new mattress is the exact height of our old one, but the most important thing is how pleased we are with the comfort of our GhostBed. Great mattress, quick delivery, good price. As an added bonus our old bed on slats squeaked horrible my wife doesn’t even know when I come to bed now as I generally stay up longer. You’ll not be getting this one returned. Would also recommend the pillows.

No structure on the foundation/rail besides the sheet to keep it from sliding unless your foundation sits direction on the floor with the legs. I was told I could not get a refund. I’ve never had a foundation that moves in the bed frame so this was a huge disappointment. I ordered this product w/mattress and pillows. So now I’m stuck trying to configure ways to make it stay in place.

Bed frame was extremely difficult to construct and required two people and all my strength (full adult male) to finally be able to snap the cross beams in place. Instructions were 3/10. The illustrations made it unclear if I had the right beams in the right places. I rebuilt it three times because the center beam is slightly angled in life but not in the pictures. Once built, it is sturdy and handsome, and feels solid.

I have been sleeping on it for about a month now, I will admit I was a little worried when I first got it. It was very firm and I thought it was going to be too hard for us. All I could think was man this isn't going to help at all. I have sciatic, hip and shoulder issues. I was wrong, it was everything I needed. Everyday I wake up having hardly moved, no more tossing and turning to fix pressure points I almost always fall asleep right away. This really is better than I ever hoped for. I came from having a 3k serta memory foam mattress.

Where do I start this foundation was really easy to set up (took about 30 minutes with a standard screwdriver). The pieces were easily marked and readable for me to identify what goes where. The foundation is stylish, comfortable for my mattress to lay on, and does not make a sound! I am very impressed thus far with Ghostbed.

Sharp looks, sturdy and quiet, and reasonable assembly. My under-the-bed storage bins fit nicely, too. Will definitely add a headboard in the future. Only thing missing is some optional stickum tape to help reduce minor mattress slippage from day to day, week to week use.
