This was my second one. Really like the functionality and appearance. Great price too. Comes in two boxes, couple of young men, easily carried them to the basement for me. Assembly wasn't too bad, took a few hours, I spread it out over a couple of days, frame one day, drawers the next. Once the frame is assembled you can spread some of the drawer liners across the top and have a convenient work surface for assembling the 11 drawers. The drawer liners are a nice touch. Hardware fits together nicely, instructions easy to follow. Comes with magnetic screwdriver and a wrench for attaching the frame to the top. Only other tool I needed was some pliers to get some of the plastic protectors off the drawer slides. Many came off easily by hand, some needed persuasion.

The packaging is amazing. It will take you 20 minutes to get everything unpacked, but worth it to have everything undamaged. Easy assembly, despite others comments to the contrary. It takes some time, about 2 full hours from start to finish. Beautiful and sturdy. Should last for decades.

This is a super-capacity workbench. I am using this in an academic office as a credenza. My only complaint - one piece on the bottom frame is bent which results in a problem with closing the bottom drawer. There was no evidence of damage to the box, so I'm suspicious that it was deformed before it was boxed. I was transitioning between offices and did not want to wait on a replacement piece, so it was not reported to Sam's or the manufacturer.

I have put together grills, Ikea furniture, toys and many other things but this work bench was well organized and very straight forward to put together. The directions were clear, the parts were marked properly and it only needs a Philips head screw driver and wrench which they supplied. You can also use a power drill with an extended Philips bit but make sure to put it on low speed to avoid stripping screws. You will also want to use the provided screwdriver in the spots that are close to seams making it difficult to get your drill vertical. My only complaint was the delivery company leaned it against my front steps and put 2 good size dents in the back panel (at a seam of course) which I had to use a soft mallet to pound out. This unit is quality and they even include pads for the drawers so your tools aren't banging around on the metal. This piece is quality and very affordable compared to many others I viewed online.

I’ve ordered 3 of these work benches. The first one was returned due to a manufacturing defect. The next 2 were returned because they were received damaged. I had to call Sam’s Club Service multiple times for credit on the 3rd one. I still need a work bench!

The quality was obvious when I looked at it on the store shelf, but I must say that once I got this thing built the quality became even more clear. I have already had numerous people comment on how nice it is and shock at the price. The full extending drawers are a huge bonus for getting to the right tool. Easily 5 stars. The negative thing I can say about this workbench is the time to build the workbench itself. A fun project with a good outcome but it did take a few hours. The drawers consume the majority of the time. But still...buy it! You won't regret it!!!

Sturdy, im 220ish and can get up and stand on it with no worry. Does not lock very well. The drawer on the right, above the swinging doors will stick sometimes to the door itself. Not bad. I like. I’d add a photo of me standing on it but it’s not uploading.

I have assembled 7 various Seville Classics UltraHD cabinets for myself and my son. They have all, except this last, fit together like a dream. The holes in the largest draw of this workbench were obviously misaligned requiring pulling the sides together with a clamp to get the screws started. When the draw was installed it did not sit square and required mounting one side at the limit of slotted holes to get it closed with rubbing against the bottom of the front frame. I also discovered hidden damage of the front frame only after attempting to install the bottom panel. Because of its size, state of completion, and foreseen time wasted in requesting a replacement; I decided to repair the damage. The draws are in various states of misalignment in the finished cabinet, but not to degree of malfunction. It is after all just a work bench, not a piece of fine furniture.

Good quality. Would buy again and similar storage products of the same brand. Took me almost three hour to put together. Very minor bend/crack to one of the pieces due to shipping damage (I assume) but made no difference in the end. Using as garage workbench. I like that all the drawers and cabinets can be locked and keep the kids out. All the drawers come with a liner to keep metal off metal.

I bought and assembled this workbench last week. It took me about 7 hours to complete the assembly by myself. I am presently surprised with the quality. Out of the approximately 300 screws I only had trouble aligning 2. The instructions are simple and all parts are numbered for clarity. They even provided a magnetic screwdriver that was a big help with the small screw heads. Aligning the gap between drawers is provided with slotted holes. The bench/toolbox is sturdy and the wheels are the right size for ease of movement. The worktop is solid wood and itself weighs almost 60 pounds. All pieces were styrofoam protected and nothing was damaged. If you buy this product I think you will be happy. I know I am.
