[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is really good it comes on very fast. But the bass frequencies for the speakers quality is lacking. I'm I am an electrical engineer. And the sound quality is just not there there's many vibrations and distortions on the bass side.

Great TV, good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stream movies and TV shows all day every day. The picture and sound quality is always on point. The Samsung TV Plus streaming service is a tremendous value. That combined with easy integration of all streaming apps make traditional cable obsolete.

Terrible. Absolutely useless. Forgets live air constantly. Locks up constantly. Software is horrible.

Great picture

It randomly reboots. after spending at least an hour on line with help desk rebooting, resetting and updating. It still randomly reboots. Reboots in as little as 3 minutes up to 30 minutes. We tried with both the internet apps and then with a dvd player... still reboots... Samsung says that they can send someone, but if they dont find anything wrong, they will charge me $150... the problem is intermittent.. We just got the TV taking it it back to sams club, its a bummer becuase I had it professionally installed and will need help getting it off the wall. What was also frustrating is Samung kept asking how come it worked for the first week.... I had to keep repeating that I was waiting on the installers, and it was in the box until just recently.
