Sam's promised white glove delivery that included installation and packing removal, did not happen. Driver had to be shamed into just leaving TV inside the house when it was raining, That's it, no help1 Also purchase was the include $99 warrantee, no such thing arrived. Oh, delivery was 5 days late!

It has nice picture, but don't like how slow it is to fill the screen. Also, sound comes up gradually which I don't like when I want to hear an important news item. I don't see the purpose in have a remote that shows TV & movies partially either. I would like to see some of the movies but cannot have both Samsung TV/movies and my cable also. Am I missing a key in the instructions?

When we found this TV on clearance, we were actually looking at Black Friday specials. So glad we opted for this Samsung.

Great tv great picture and alsome features. Come with 6 months of hulu. That was the deciding factor for me.

Great product. Incredibly thin design, with beautiful color QLED. We have loved the tv. However, the remote is not reliable.

The picture is fantastic and the setup was simple enough. It is heavy, 70 lbs., so be sure you have help lifting. We hooked up a Roku soundbar and all works well together. So far this set has not been a disappointment.

I ordered the unit online. Did curbside pickup. Setup was easy. Great picture and sound quality. Incredible number of features. Good value, decent price.

Works great, beautiful picture. My older TVs would take a little time before they actually came on, but this one comes on right now as soon as you hit the power button.
