The TV is Great, but the delivery part was not good. The delivery guys had to carry it down my stairs. They stopped on the landing to rest and set the 110 lb TV on it's corner. Of course, when they plugged it in to set it up, the screen was broken. They had no idea how to handle a fragile 85" flat screen TV.

Huge and a bit heavy, but love the screen. Definitely a head turner. Often get compliments when friends see it.

We bought this tv because ours was old & outdated. We are amazed at how “smart” it is! It was very easy for two 70something people to learn to use! The picture quality is worlds better than our old Sharp, this is a great tv!

My favorite tv brand. Neo QLED is my go to. Incredible picture along with my Samsung sound system.
