The TV was amazing until screen problems happened

After waiting 2 weeks for shipping, first TV was received with a damaged box, the TV was bent and the screen was cracked, upon receiving the second tv another 2 weeks later, the box was damaged and the tv screen was damaged and scrambled. i have waited a week for this item to be picked up and my money returned. There was a wait of over 35 minutes on each of my calls to Sam's club for a resolution.

Received TV cracked and broken....twice

I have been viewing this 85" Samsung NEO QLED for about 3 weeks now and am very happy so far. The picture is unbelievable. I am not totally satisfied with the Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids, it keeps cutting out, and the speakers in this unit leave a lot to be desired.
