Great product. This provides security of having electricity when you need it, and in rural Michigan, you need it. No more spoiled food, no flooded cellar, no more re-fueling problems.

had generator install by class A electrical contractor. it was the best way to go. We have had 4 power failures since we hooked it up last Oct 2016. It kicked on exactly on its own and shut down when power returned. Could not be more pleased...

If you ever want peace of mind . The Generac is the best . We know that we will always have power. In the South you never know what kind of weather to expect but with the Generac it really doesn't matter .

I just replaced the Generac that ran great for 14 years. I gave the old one to a friend, it still ran great. We got a larger one and a very happy. Several of our neighbors have purchased Generacs and also love them too.

This product is a comfort to a person living alone with few mechanical skills. It just does what it's supposed to do when it is supposed to do it - without supervision! Wheee!

I like the security of backup power, but have not needed it yet so I could not give 5 stars. The oil filter came loose and leaked oil - luckily it was checked before it became a huge problem

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

Our Generac was installed during 2016. Recently there was a planned power interruption and the generac started, providing full power to our home. It turned off automatically when the power resumed.
