love the fact i don't need to go outside to start or stop this system, it runs my whole house

The unit is attractive and does not detract from my home. Very pleased so far.

Only lost Electricity once so far. Came on and powered house and went back off as promised.

The plastic door cracked and fell off, not sure if it was too cold

I am very happy with this unit, have used it twice worked very well

We are pleased with the generator. It has performed well each time the power went off. No problems.

i hope it works when it is needed, it looks good, but could be a lot quieter.

Had it for almost a year and still works good every time the power goes out.

service is the most important feature . My Generac service is the best!!

Works very well. It has already cut on and was able to carry the whole house.
