Piece of crap. Never worked when needed. Continues to give default message. Either a lemon or improperly installed.

Have owned my Generac for over a year. It has come on twice when the power went out. Both times loved the power it generated to the house.

I can't believe this did not last for even a month. Now I have wait 3 weeks for new motor. Poor machine don't buy one Not happy at all.

When we built our new home my wife went from " Do we really need to spend that money on a generator?" to" I'm so glad we bought the Generac". Rural aera, always there when needed. Great unit.

Living in the heartland, "...where the wind comes sweeping down the plain...", and the ever present possibility of bitter cold and ice storms in the winter, the threat of power outages is high. We experience a mean average of 5-7 outages a year. Those outages can last minutes to days, anecdotally, 2-4 hours in my experience. No more portable gensets, no more stored gasoline, no more extension cords and inlet boxes, no more breakers and interlocks. No more fighting the elements to get the power back on. I have owned a generac for over 20 years,, my first was a 13000 watt standby I replaced it with a 22000 watt in 2022 best yet. Just had atree rip into my garage just last week..May 15 2025.. Generac has run for 4 Days straight. Electric service torn away from house,

Bought the 22kw generator, and we feel so relieved when the power goes out, that our Generac will start, and transfer power over to the house within seconds. It powers the whole house with ease. The 3 ton central A.C., double wall mounted ovens, all 4 burners on our glass cooktop stove, and well pump. It's like we've never lost power! Also, when utility power comes back, it transfers power back with zero interruption! Love it! Thanks Generac!

Too soon to know since we have not a Outage but so far the test are running good
