We have lost power 4 times in last year. 4 days after installation we returned to the only house on street with lights! Installers did a great job and product works well.

I was contacted by Generac prior to install (1/13/22) and was told of a 7 wear warranty available. upon install there was only a 5 yr warranty. not sure what is up. other wise, this is a great generator!

We had Metro Electric install a Guardian 22 KW Whole Home generator with load shedding. We have not had a power outage yet but everything including the installation has went well.

Having gone through several storms in the past few years where we lost power for several days I am confident that this generator will allow us to weather this year's storms in comfort and without worry.

We noticed after 3 months, unit was not testing itself weekly. Took a few more weeks to get installer here to complete installation. Very disappointing delays.

Installed by a company from another state. Now the controller panel is totally dead. Had authorized company look at unit and ordered a controller.Now I can get zero status on the part. Bad weather is headed our way and this thing is useless.

This unit works as described and looks nice sitting next to my new house. So glad to have this unit ready and waiting if and when a power outage happens. Low maintenance and easy to maintain makes this a great unit for homeowners.
