Excellent 14KW generator. I have a relatively small home and the 14KW is more than sufficient to handle ALL me electrical needs. Tested it with all the HEAVY equipment running and it worked just fine.

The generator works but remote monitoring does not. Despite hours with support, nothing works. I can remotely monitor my doorbell and two Roombas. I hope Generac gets the software fixed - someday.
