Capability to run anything I need. Instant power to home when power is out. Runs at a reasonable sound level.

My electrician did not inform me about submitting paperwork for promo and now Generac will not honour the promo.

I am very impressed with the look of this unit. The install crew was also impressive, very professional. The four man team worked well together.

The generator was installed and 1 1/2 hrs later we lost power for 5 hrs. , it came on like a champ just like it was supposed to. Awesome!

Hopefully no more hurricanes, but what a relief to be able to still have A/C and not emptying the refrigerator.

Like that the testing schedule can be updated with the app and the status is available and can be checked from remote locations. Works really well.

My power goes out frequently in the winter. I will no longer be dependent on the power company guys did a nice job installing!

Generator installation was June 9. Generator stopped working, showing an error code, & reported July 8. As of July 12 it has not been attended to.
