Noise level is acceptable hear a mild hum in our home when it's running. The day after installation we lost power for about an hour and a half the generator kicked on and both AC units never missed a beat.

Our generac standby generator was installed in July and we lost power ONE time in November and it failed. We were told the engine needed to be replaced!! Wow what a horrible product!!!

It was delivered as expected. Installation went thru without a hitch. Tested and ready. I highly recommend this product. Had a 16KW for may years and never failed.

Works great. Does not look bulky on side of house. Nice having that piece of mind I will have power if the power goes out. Also timed it right to receive a free portable generator to take camping.

It does the job for the whole house without a problem. And it's surprising the sound is not very loud for it's size. I highly recommend this product for anyone that wants more power than you need.

I have only been out of power twice since my installation, on 9/25/14 my generator came on in about 15 seconds after power lost and supplied all my needs until power was restored.

Bought this unit for a whole house backup system because we loose power frequently. Works like a charm and isn't terribly loud. It's nice knowing I don't need to worry about my sump overflowing when we lose power. Thanks Generac!
