It was just replaced today and worked fine during the test run. We used PACE Electrical & Generator Services. The two guys that showed up were efficient and explained everything I need to be aware of.

Just had my unit installed. Started the first time. Bought this to replace my gasoline powered generator. Living in Florida we hope we never have to use it but it’ll be a lifesaver if we have to. So far very satisfied and would recommend it.

Excellent generator 22kw hook up and site preparation was made easy by there instruction guide, very pleased with unit. also easy access to maintain unit.

Only feature I would like is a connection to my wifi rather than the connection through the cell network. In spite of this I think this is the best unit on the market for the whole house.

Excellent product. From power off, generator starts in 7 seconds. 15 more seconds go by, and power is applied to the home. We are very happy with this.

God forbid we should have another blackout our neighbors are coming to our home and we are going to have a party!! 🎉😎 They will bring the wine and beer! Some of our neighbors are going to look into purchasing a generator. Thy like ours a lot.
