I have a 22kw LP powered Generac model number 0056380 with transfer switch at my home on the East Coast of Florida. It was installed 02/2010. It runs for 15 min every week and is serviced annually. Its been through its share of hurricanes and power outages and never let the family down in 10 years. 22 kw will run the entire home. As long as you service the system annually it may last another 10 years I highly recommend Generac along with the network of service professionals

We purchased a 14KW model generator and automatic transfer switch with distribution. Install and electrical was DIY while the gas connection was contracted. Coordination with an existing solar power system was accomplished and fully tested under load. The system is now standing by exactly as desired and fully inspected.

Crew showed up and went to work, one day was estimated and the job was done as promised. I just stayed out of the way and they went about the job as if it were changing a lightbulb. No delays, had all of the piping and electrical materials. Ran tests and explained how the machinery works. Answered all of our questions. Handed over the keys and manuals and we were quite satisfied. Job well done. Now I can laugh when thunderstorms hit.

After several power outages, my wife and I decided to invest in a Generac whole home standby generator system. Our local installers did a great job in setting it up. Though we hope to never have to use this system (our weather patterns show we most likely will in the near future), just knowing that it is on automatic standby, brings great peace of mind to our family. Because our house was totally electric, the installation process was extended. We started on 06/07/2023 and finished on 07/25/2023. Some of the delay was with permits, and having to get ENTERGY to run a gas line and install a gas meter. The process of installing the controller, running the electric wires from the controller and generator to the breaker panel is an arduous process. Running the gas line from the meter to the generator was another involved process. Overall, we are pleased with the process and is now ready for the hurricane season, as that was the primary purpose of getting the generator.

we decided to go with a whole house back up. Only name that came to mind was Generac. installation went very well. and all aspects of the project went without a hitch. when the project was complete, there were no problems and the generator started right up. it is good to know we have a generac if we need to use it.

Just purchased, and installed a 14kw guardian series. All went well, directions are good, accessories all came with shipment and arrived in good condition. Only problem encountered is with the App, Mobile Link”, it hasn’t worked since installing on my iPhone . Currently waiting for a resolution.
