Rescom employees were all very helpful and professional. Can't wait for the power to fail and our Generac to kick in! We have only had it for 5 days but know it will last many years. We have a twice-yearly maintenance contract with Rescom and a 7-year warranty from Generac.

If you’ve been thinking about purchasing a Generac for your home, I would highly recommend it! The first time we lost power, I knew then, that my families comfort was worth every penny that my Generac cost! We still had satellite service and internet! Heat, hot water.......

This is the second 22KW generator that I have purchased. The first one was over 5 years ago and performed flawlessly. I remember one Christmas season the power went out and we were the only ones on the street who had their outdoor lights on. The new unit for our current house is great and I liked that they were able to fit the transfer switch inside our house. Great product and terrific installers.

We LOVE our new whole house generator. I have oxygen machines that require electricity to charge. It gives us peace of mind to have the generator in event of power failure. We have had one power shortage since installation. It came on promptly, powered our house and used very little gas to run for about 4-5 hours. It is great! Also increases the value of our home. Love it and am so glad we purchased!

After experiencing a three day ordeal without power last winter, we decided to purchase a whole house generator to avoid any repeat situations like that. We've had outages before but not for such a lenghty period. We investigated the various types available and narrowed our choice down to Generac wholehouse generators. Generac products are designed to meet specific customer needs as they cover a range of energy requirements. After reviewing our options, we decided to go with the 22 kW Guardian Series generator for our needs and are not disappointed in our choice. It self checks itself and maintenance is minimal and simple. It also looks good!

LAST MONTH, CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING I BELIEVE WE HAD A VERY SERIOUS COLD FRONT COME THROUGH TENNESSEE, 18 & 20 BELOW IN SOME AREAS, AND FOR TENNESSEE THAT’S PRETTY MUCH UNHEARD OF. WE WERE HAVING ROLLING OUTAGES EVERY 30 mins. WAS SUPPOSED EVERY HOUR, IN EACH GRID, MY GENERAC WAS PREFORMING FLAWLESSLY, BUT I WAS STILL CONCERNED ABOUT OUR APPLIANCES, HAVING JUST BOUGHT THIS HOME BECAUSE OF THE FLOOD THAT HAD CAME TROUGH WAVERLY, TN. ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF EARLIER, WE HAD LOST EVERYTHING AND HAD TO REPLACE WITH NEW IN THE NEW HOUSE WE PURCHASED, SO I WENT OUT TO THE A.T.S AND THREW THE BREAKER, AND OUR 18KW GUARDIAN SERIES RAN LIKE A CHAMP !!!!!! WE HAD TO REPLACE ABSOLUTELY ZERO APPLIANCES, OR THE 2yr. OLD CENTRAL HEAT & AIR UNIT !!!!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE GENERAC GENATOR AND THE GENERAC COMPANY, AS WELL A.E.C. LLC ( ALPHA ELECTRIAL CONTRACTORS LLC. ). THIS GENATOR SAVED US THAT DAY !!!!! I RECOMMEND THE GENERAC GENATOR TO EVERYONE, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED & A.E.C. LLC. The installation crew from the setup, the gas installers, the electrical installers, and the startup man were absolutely fantastic. The startup man (Greg) had to install a NEW STARTER. If I may suggest, would have more quality control at your manufacturing facility so this does not occur on this part or any other.

With hurricane season approaching, we now have peace of mind if we lose our electricity. So far we have had this for one day, so I can's say if it will operate as promised, but so far we are happy with this product. Service and installation was excellent.

The product is solid, excellent instructions and best of all, excellent Customer Support. the 24x7 LIVE PERSON support is something special these days of IVR's and Chats and in-person avoidance. Generac was there for us multiple time during our 'self-installation' process and were very helpful and patient. We got this up un running and tested successfully a week before an upcoming deep freeze, so we have peace of mind. The ML App could be better. I was hoping to be able to view the setup panel options and do more remotely. But it did do the very basics of telling me current state, and sending me alerts.

I did a lot of research into backup generators, some had a few more bells and whistles so was the cost. From what I found Generac stood above them all. The 18Kw will meet out needs. We went through ESCON Power Solutions, Bay City, MI for the purchase and installation. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation was done correctly (a couple of unplanned challenges were found during the installation). I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Generac dealer.
