26,000 Watt Generac Standby Generator with 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch

I had it installed about 1 month ago and have not had the opportunity to have it in use….Yet!!

Installed in early March 2026. Tried, tested and true. No more worries!

Only minor complaint so far is noise level excessive noise level.

I bought it 6 weeks ago and it brings Peace of mind.

Safety

The installation was a fire and mechanical hazard. 

1. Putting the garage door down ripped the wires down causing the door to get stuck.

2. The garage door spring cables rubbed on the power lines - creating a fire hazard.

The installation is being redone. I may change my review after the problems are corrected.

Nothing to review - installation was messed up

The generator does its test every Wednesday at 1pm and is only on for 10 minutes, power went out for a couple of hours and the generator came on within seconds after the power went out and shut off when the power was restored, so far so good and now I won't have the wife upset when we don't have power, thank you " one happy customer"
