Very good product for the money and very reliable to. I had my first Generac for 12yrs. Then I decided to update to a new unit so i could get the MyLink. This way I can monitor it when I spend the winters 2,000 miles away.

This generator is great! So far ... so good! The generator works great; we have it set up where is self-checks on a monthly basis. This generator isn't loud and that makes a difference. It handles my entire house! Great generator!

Since this product has just been installed and I have not had the opportunity to have it work I can only gauge my comments from others that I know that have them in New York, I'm sure I will be very pleased with it's performance.

We purchased a 22 kw whole home generator. We have not needed it yet but it it starts up and runs a self check every two weeks. It is good to know if we do need it, it is ready to supply our electrical needs!

This was installed one day and the next day the power went out for 5 hours. Everything worked exactly as expected. I use an electric lift chair and had problems getting out of it when the electric went off, but now everything keeps on working.

This is my second one. The first one was a 20KW at my old house. We moved and the new one is a 22KW. Its a great feeling when the power goes out !! It takes of three services, my Shop and two services in my house.

Unit has performed as advertised. Only one fault since installation and reset manually. Under speed was the descriptor in read-out. Has worked without resetting for 6 months

Excellent product with built in reliance. Service for oil changes and yearly maintenance is easy to schedule thus protecting your warranty and investment.

when we lost power for the first time the Generac generator worked flawless. my wife text me and said the power went out and in 10 seconds we were up and running the house again, The transfer went perfect. Thanks Generac for a quality product.

That moment when all your neighbors are calling to see if your electricity is off, and you say, "No, I'm watching tv and my air conditioner is running." Priceless!
