I have had my generator for about six weeks so far. The installation was quickly and efficiently accomplished. The installation team answered all my questions and explained the operation of the unit. So far, the only experience I have with the unit is when it tests itself every week. I have yet to experience an actual power outage and run on my home on generator power alone.

Bought 2 months ago and not satisfied ,Contractor had to Come 4 weeks straight to deal with low fuel pressure fault/shutdown during weekly exercise. Not very confident that generator will work properly during loss of power due to these issues Contractor who installed where outstanding

We had a bad thunderstorm yesterday and lost power for a couple of hours. Our generator came on and worked perfectly. We would not have known the power was off and the generator had taken over if it had been for us hearing the generator running and the light blinking. I gave a 5 star rating because of the way the generator has performed even though I am still not happy about being put off about the damages,

Running now for a year. We have had power outages while away. It was great not worrying about the basement flooding. We have also had a couple long term outages and it's nice not having to pull out our gas one and set it up. We didn't go for the whole home. We have our furnace, well, sump pump, septic, freezer room, kitchen fridge and some outlets. We also have my aquariums running on a circuit. Well worth the money

Excellent Great installation, look great Very impressed with the Installers effort to evaluate our power requirements He contacted the local utility company and found out our average and peak power utilization from the past two years and installed a system that will totally support the whole house

Our most recent purchase was a replacement unit for fhe original used unit we had for 10 years. We did not even hesitate when it came for the replacement. Our first unit was about 5 years old when we got it and it lasted another 10 years and was an absolute blessing when we needed it. So happy we installed a whole home generator shortly after we moved in!

Had the unit put in June of 24 and have had no issues at all. The sense of security it provides is great.

After 19 years we replaced our old Generac generator with this slightly larger, newer version. I like that the air conditioner doesn't bog down the generator. It has no problem running our modest home.

Purchased a month ago and it is still not operational. Both installer and generac have no idea why it is not working. I am Currently going through the loan company to see what rights I have

I bought this a year ago and we had an outage a week later. Worked great and during 2 other outages. Installation was quick and fairly easy for the vendor. Saved us from cold days and loss of money from spoiled food.
