So far I have had no major outages. The ones that I have had were of short duration. The 22kw unit I have has operated perfectly every time. It runs every Saturday as programed. It run very quietly. I would recommend Generac to anyone.

It has came on several times when the power went out. I have tested it several times as well. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is quieter than I thought it would be.

I know i purchased a Great Product, Well Constructed , Appearance, Reliability, Value , after spending time searching the internet and reading comments from others I knew I would be getting a Generac unit .

I am so glad I bought the Genarac because I do not like to be without electric. My installer was very knowable about the product and this was also a bigger seller for me.

I really haven't had a chance to evaluate the long term operation of the generator. It has started up with no problems for the weekly maintenance run.

From day 1 this generator has worked flawlessly. I was very suprised at how quiet but efficient this machine is. I will recommend this generator to all my friends.

Since this product has just been installed and I have not had the opportunity to have it work I can only gauge my comments from others that I know that have them in New York, I'm sure I will be very pleased with it's performance.

The product is a great reassurance in my rural setting. It is quiet and efficient and in the two instances it was needed the switch over to back up power was not even recognized.
