Sydney in the Kentucky office was the best customer service person I have spoken to in many, many years -- she had all the answers, some to questions I didn't know to ask. She offered all the current promotional prices available, explained all the delivery procedures, and ordered the Estate mattress for me during our call. I could hardly believe how easy it was.

The only problem now is that it is so comfortable, we don't want to get up. Good problem to have!! We are so happy.
