The face cream may be better than most over the counter products but I personally have not realized a difference in smoothness or texture or my skin.

This is the best drugstore product on the market. It helps calm down Rosacea redness and gives you smooth looking skin. My skin is sensitive and it didn't affect it at all. This is better than expensive treatments and skin care. Love!
