These dumbbells are pretty versatile. Can do a ton of different exercises with em. Took a while to get used to the longer shape tho. The stands nice, keeps everything organized. Like how quick it is to change weights. Been using em for a few months and definitely seeing results.

They are incredibly well designed, and feel natural to use. The stand allows me to keep organized and adds a nice touch that most other options on the market do not have. Adjusting the weights is seamless and easy. Would strongly recommend these regardless if you are a complete beginner or an experienced weight user.

I just got a set and they are pretty good. A nice, easy to chance system. My only complain is the weight indicators on each side of the dumbell are not clearly shown as pounts and kilograms, which for someone who does not know them, it takes sometime to figure it out and it is confusing depending how they are laid out.

I have been using these for about a month. I had a set of Bowflex adjustable dumbbells that only went to 20lbs. These have a much better mechanism to change the weights with only one motion than bowflex. They are a little bulky but it's not a problem. The stand is really nice. I probably would not buy a stand separate but it's a great addition at this price point. These are great space savers and aren't annoying to adjust and that's exactly what I was looking for!
