Looked nice in the store, was comfy to sit in. Then impossible to close (this was the first time using). We had 3 of them and all of them were jammed and would not close! We had 3 people on the beach come by and try to help. We all looked at the pitiful instructions, which indicated they should close just like every other folding chair of this type we'd used in the past. We even watched online videos, one of which recommended using a hammer to tap the feet to close it! Like we carry a hammer on the beach with us. So embarrassing to have carry back to our car fully opened. Managed to finally get 2 of the 3 closed by beating the feet on the parking lot. This garbage is going back for a refund tomorrow. Easily my worst purchase ever from Sam's Club. Very disappointed!

Recently purchased 2 of these chairs and while they were easy to set up they would not fold up. I ended up just loading them into the back of my SUV and taking them home. After reading other reviews I noticed that Sam's responded to complaints by stating to not use them around sand! That note should be in the description so people know before they buy. If sand, dirt, grit, gets in the slides these chairs will not fold up properly. Taking back to the store.

We have 4 of these chairs. On folding them you stand behind them and pull up from the middle of the front seat. We were frustrated until we figured this out. The directions should be included in the sale to eliminate the frustration for buyers!!!!!!

I bought two of these chairs and was able to open them with no problem. When I tried to close them they would not close. I tried to figure out the drawing of the instructions and couldn’t get them to close. Two other people at the beach tried and the chairs would not fold. Today I took them back to Sam’s and got my money back. It is hard to believe that Sam’s would sell such an inferior product.

These chairs are extremely durable. As a bigger guy, I fit in these chairs comfortably, and they easily hold my weight. The attached drink holder is convenient and is deep enough to hold all types of drink containers securely. I highly recommend purchasing this camp chair.

We bought these chairs a month ago and loved them. Very comfortable and we took to the beach a lot! But, as of this week they have become almost impossible to gold up!! Extremely frustrating --' especially after a day at the beach!@ Any idea what is causing this????

A very nice chair for a great price. These are well crafted, stable, and just the ticket for a weekend of camping or just relaxing in your yard. Far better than the cheapo ones sold at discount stores. Store them properly and you'll likely get a few years use from them...

Not a bad chair, so far, a bit heavy and it seems durable but the carrying bag is poorly designed. Most chairs of this type have a carrying bag handle strap that can be slipped over the back of the chair so it doesn't get lost or blown away when the chair is out of the bag. This chair bag's strap is too short to fit over the back of the chair. A simple thing that could be easily done at the time of manufacture to make the product much more functional.

Very nice chair, but difficult to fold. The directions to fold them are good but it gets stuck and will make the you think the directions are wrong. Put WD-40 on all the parts that slide because it binds pretty bad in thos areas. Fold and unfold several times after that and you should be good.

These chairs are a GREAT bargain! Shipping is a little high, but understandable since they ship separately, packaged well. Be aware that they are heavy! I returned our two because they are too heavy for two senior citizens to carry for any distance for sports events, concerts, etc. Selling at other big box stores for much more! Get yours while they are in stock!
