Very nice chair, but difficult to fold. The directions to fold them are good but it gets stuck and will make the you think the directions are wrong. Put WD-40 on all the parts that slide because it binds pretty bad in thos areas. Fold and unfold several times after that and you should be good.

I bought this a month ago and i am dissatified with this chair. Recommending to stay away. When it was time to pack up, this partical fllding chair wouldn't fold at all. I even watched a youtube videos to see if there was some special technique but apparantly you need a hammer to take it apart! Since i didnt have one with me i ended up leaving the chairs at the beach

We bought these to replace old camping chairs. The price was great so we bought 2. The first time we used them we were at a state park. They were very sturdy and comfortable. The problem was that one of the chairs closed with difficulty and the other one wouldn't close at all! So we had to carry an open chair for quite a distance. Good thing we have a van. These are going back for sure. Now have to look for something else. They should be removed from the market.

This chair is a little heavy and a bit firm to close. Just grab the fabric at the edge of the seat and back, pull up quickly and it closes fine. If you try to close it like a cheaper camp chair, you will have a lot of trouble. It's great for taller people. The sturdy armrests are a step up from all other camp chairs in this price range!

Have 2 of these. Had no problem till going to the beach for the 1st time. Had to leave my husbands chair behind at the garbage can because it would not fold back up. My husband is pretty strong but when ur standing on a hot beach trying and trying to fold up a chair it becomes a problem when it was just sat on prior to walking to the beach. Mine was even hard to close but luckily it closed. Very unhappy with these chairs.

This is a great chair and best price I've found for a chair that supports 325 lbs. Cup holder is huge. Straps secure chair when folded up and there is a carry strap on the chair so you don't need to put it in the bag to carry it. Over 18" tall from ground to seat, so easy to get in and out of. Two colors in my store. The Periwinkle color is very pretty. The back of the chair puts you slightly reclined when sitting in it. Nice quality.

These chairs are a GREAT bargain! Shipping is a little high, but understandable since they ship separately, packaged well. Be aware that they are heavy! I returned our two because they are too heavy for two senior citizens to carry for any distance for sports events, concerts, etc. Selling at other big box stores for much more! Get yours while they are in stock!

Purchased this chair and loved sitting in it. Unfortunately I couldn't close it. Put it in the car opened and took it home. Spent a half hour trying to close it. Went on website to see if anyone eles was experiencing the same problem. I was surprised that their was quite a few that had the same problem. Taking it back today.

Looked nice in the store, was comfy to sit in. Then impossible to close (this was the first time using). We had 3 of them and all of them were jammed and would not close! We had 3 people on the beach come by and try to help. We all looked at the pitiful instructions, which indicated they should close just like every other folding chair of this type we'd used in the past. We even watched online videos, one of which recommended using a hammer to tap the feet to close it! Like we carry a hammer on the beach with us. So embarrassing to have carry back to our car fully opened. Managed to finally get 2 of the 3 closed by beating the feet on the parking lot. This garbage is going back for a refund tomorrow. Easily my worst purchase ever from Sam's Club. Very disappointed!

I bought two of these chairs and was able to open them with no problem. When I tried to close them they would not close. I tried to figure out the drawing of the instructions and couldn't get them to close. Two other people at the beach tried and the chairs would not fold. Today I took them back to Sam's and got my money back. It is hard to believe that Sam's would sell such an inferior product.
