This is a sturdy chair. Great for camping and sports games. We found out the hard way that it is not a beach chair. Do not take this to a sandy area. The sand will get into the joints and you will no longer be able to fold it. We spent 30 minutes trying to collapse our two chairs unsuccessfully. Since they wouldn't fit unfolded in our car we just had to throw them away. Learn from our mistake and do not take these to a beach.

As a dedicated Sam’s reviewer these chairs are nice when brand new but once you use them a few times you will have problems closing them. Trust me. I have been using chain wax lubricant and will see how that holds up. Totally bad design when trying to close the chair. If you get anything like sand etc good luck!

Bought this chair on Saturday, returned it on Monday. IT WOULD NOT CLOSE! When I got to counter to return it the worker said.. let me guess it wouldn’t close, then chuckled a bit. She said they have been getting a lot of returns for the same reason. The chair I bought about 4 years ago still work perfectly. Not sure what they did to the design to make it so flawed.

I use the chair to watch my grandchildren play their outdoor activities

Excellent quality! I can actually sit in this chair and get out of it with no problems - unlike many other canvas folding chairs.

Light weight, easy to open and close. Metal arm rest and height makes it easier to get in and out of chair.

Love this chair, very good support, sturdy large seat. Folds easily, has a clip to keep it folded until you want to set up.

These are good solid chairs. They are well-made and comfortable. You can't beat the price - stock up while they are available!

This is a strong sturdy chair. The hard arms are great to aid in getting out of this bag chair! This is why I purchased it.

Good buy for the price… sturdy & easy to use. The downside is that the chair is not very comfortable.
