I just bought two of these chairs yesterday and just like the older chairs from Sam's Club that I still have all you have to do to fold them up is stand behind it and grab the front material between where your legs would be to pull up. The chair folds right up. These are very sturdy and comfortable chairs.

One trip to the beach and this char would not close! Busy 4th of July crowd, had to navigate through and struggle to bring both my chairs home unfolded so I could return them. They were new!!! 🤬 My cheap $8 Walmart beach chairs lasted longer than these.

I am extremely frustrated with the misleading sale notifications I continue to receive from Sam's Club. I constantly get push notifications saying an item is “on sale,” but when I tap the notification, the price is exactly the same as it has been every other day. This has happened repeatedly, and it is not limited to just one product. These notifications are misleading and feel like false advertising because they entice customers to open the app expecting a discount that does not actually exist. Please stop sending deceptive sale notifications. If an item is not genuinely discounted, do not advertise it as being on sale. Customers should be able to trust the promotions they receive from Sam's Club. If this practice continues, I will consider filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agencies and exploring any legal remedies that may be available regarding misleading advertising. I hope Sam's Club will address this issue promptly and treat its customers with honesty and transparency.

Can not get them to fold back up! We love the chairs but can not get the to fold back up. We saw several other people at the beach toss they're chairs out because they couldn't fold them up either. Not sure how to get them to fold up otherwise they would be 5 star

Sturdy & comfortable, easy to set up and put away. Awkward to carry for any distance.
