I've slept on many mattresses in my life. This thing is amazing. I'm the average American male size - 5'9" 190lbs. With other top of the line memory foam mattresses they were comfortable however, I would sweat too much. With this mattress in the same room, I never wake up in a pool of sweat. In fact since purchasing this mattress, I hardly ever wake up in the middle of the night at all. I'm much more rested getting up every morning than I ever was prior. This is worth the premium over the competition, especially if you have a demanding job and must get up everyday ready to perform at the highest levels - YOU NEED THIS AND NOTHING LESS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the best investment in this mattress. I have had the best sleep since my purchase. It is soft but not like a sink hole. Just perfect. My hips were hurting on my old mattress and I would make the loudest sounds trying to turn from the pain at times. Since I have been sleeping on my new mattress, it has just been a blessing. No pressure on my hips. So very worth the money. I give 10 stars. I recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that a medium mattress would have some firmness to it instead my body just sunk into the mattress and i felt like i was lying in a hole, very,very disappointed.This was almost the same as the lux estate hybrid plush which i owned very briefly and was a terrible mattress.I hope to do better next time.

I had not been charged for my mattress for over a month, I called Stearn and Foster tried to get past the automated attendant, but it kept saying to re-phrase my question. Tracking your order is a joke, there are no details. Managment needs to make some customer-oriented changes. When you spend more money you expect better service.

Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed is comfortable but takes getting used to as you tend to sink and mold to it. It makes getting out of bed more difficult for my husband. I am concerned that the comfort will decline as the bed is broken in. I was surprised at how short the 5 inch frame is. I find it very comfortable and cozy but as I said, not sure if the top layer is going to break down. I spent way too much money to have that happen.
